Kenya Orphanage Sponsorship
Shelter Children's Home
The Shelter Children's home in the Masailand outside of Nairobi is home to over 100 children. The children who call Shelter home are either orphans or come from families who are too poor to support them. The children in this orphanage are lucky to live in this safe environment but they need your help. The orphanage is struggling to provide these children with food, clothing, medical care and an education. With so many children, and more begging to live there everyday, the orphanage needs your help to keep running. Your monthly donation will assist the orphanage with general running costs, food, clothing, education and medical care for these deserving kids.

Mama Tunza's Learning Centre
Mama Tunza's Learning Centre is located in the Kibera slum in Kenya's capital city of Nairobi. Kibera is one of the largest slums in East Africa, and many of its over 1 million inhabitants are children. Tunza's Centre provides education, life skills, and meals to the destitute children of the slum who otherwise could not afford to attend school and many times do not receive more then one meal a day. The Center also has plans to expand its facilities to provide a safe and permanent home for many of the orphans who attend classes daily. Your sponsorship for the Centre will help supply the basics of school supplies, Centre running costs, and meals.

Ngando School
The Ngando School is located in the Lenana slum village in Nairobi, Kenya. The school currently enrolls 315 students in its school program that promotes education among orphans, street children, and disadvantaged youth from the slum areas. Extreme poverty and HIV affect much of the surrounding community and many of the children who attend the school. Many of the children's parents are currently suffering from HIV, or have died as a result of complications from HIV and such factors make it virtually impossible for some families to spare the extra cost of schooling Your sponsorship will assist in the general running costs of the school, as well as supplying the children with a daily nutritious meal, teachers, school supplies, and all the tools necessary to become life long learners.
