Vietnamese Children's Fund

Our partner in Vietnam works with multiple orphanages in Da Nang, Tam Ky, Tuy Hoa and Quang Ngai. We are currently raising funds to support an Education Program and to help provide healthcare and operations for children suffering severe medical conditions.

The Education Fund will pay for teachers, supplies, and one meal per class. These classes provide an education for street children or orphans who do not attend school but are eager to do so. The Medical Fund will pay for doctor visits, medication, and in some instances, surgery. With the inadequate local government funding at orphanages, most children are not properly treated for illnesses like bronchitis, severe heat rash, diarrhea etc. As a result, children often go untreated until they require emergency hospital care. Our goal is to treat children sooner and avoid lengthy and costly hospital stays.

Please note your donation will go into a 'general projects fund' to be used to assist our partner. In all instances we strive to send funds to the stated program above but in the event of a greater need or change in program needs GVNF will determine the destination of funds.
