Partner:

Our partner in the Philippines seeks to help Filipino communities better their quality of life. They are based in Quezon City and work both in the marginalized communities of the capital Metro Manila and in Romblon, one of the Philippines’ poorest provinces.

Current projects:

• Fundraising for the construction of a community center in Romblon.
• Helping to purchase a permanent site for a mangrove nursery, as well as purchasing gardening supplies and mangrove seedlings.
• Funding the construction of fencing on the new property and installing a water supply.

We need your help:

By working with local partners GVN Foundation is able to have a direct impact on conservation efforts in the Philippines. Together with our Filipino partners and GVN volunteers we are striving to reforest mangrove sites and implement a marine sanctuary.  However, we rely entirely upon donors like you who recognize that change always begins with individuals. Please make a donation to help us with our current projects.

90% of your donation (minus WorldPay fees) will directly reach our partner. The remaining 10% will be used to fund the GVN Foundation's administrative and program costs associated with processing your donation, generating your receipt, and reviewing the distribution of funds.

Please note your donation will go into a 'general projects fund' to be used to assist our partner. In all instances we strive to send funds to the stated program above but in the event of a greater need or change in program needs GVNF will determine the destination of funds.
