Olsho-Oibar School

Emerging Voices Project and GVN Foundation have joined together to complete the construction of the Olo-Shabor School in Ngong Hills, Kenya. The school currently has a total of 370 students ranging in ages from 5 to 18 years old. The existing buildings, originally built in the 1970's, were never finished due to lack of funding and support from the government. The semi permanent classrooms were constructed and funded by parents who lack the resources to formally finish the project.

With the help from friends and well-wishers the school hopes to renovate the classrooms to make them permanent by putting in cement floors, stone walls, steel doors and windows which are not easily attacked by termites.

All proceeds collected through the GVN Foundation will go to the construction of the Olo-Shabor School with the intent of encouraging and enhancing the educational and cultural opportunities for the community.

Please note your donation will go into an 'International Fundraiser Program Fund' to be used to assist our partner. In all instances we strive to send funds to the stated program above but in the event of a greater need or change in program needs GVNF will determine the destination of funds. By proceeding you agree with the Foundation's refund policy as stated in our legal terms of service

(In US Dollars, decimals ok, do not add currency symbol.)
